Costs for furniture used in the exhibit spaces will not increase for the 2010 show; in addition, Convention and Show Services will absorb the costs related to union supervisors in booths. Also, labor rates will stay the same for 2010 for stage hands, teamsters, iron workers and carpenters.

"The ability to provide cost effectiveness for exhibitors of all sizes is imperative," said Doug Fox, 2010 NAIAS Chairman. "We consistently have been one of the top media and reveal draws on the international auto show circuit. In these challenged times, making the venue easily accessible to all budgets to keep that leadership bar set high is something we knew we wanted and our critical partners made every effort to deliver."
